Junior Web Designer (Sydney)

We are looking for someone who has a passion in design and wants to further their design skills in a fun and creative working environment.

You will be part of a team of designers and will be working closely with the art director on various types of projects, ranging from Flash animation, flash localization production, online promotions and graphic production.

You need to have a creative passion, attention to detail, team player (whilst also able to work independently), meet deadlines, and a have a great sense of humor.

An excellent opportunity to step into the digital industry.

Advanced Knowledge
- At a minimum you will need to be highly proficient in;
  - Adobe Photoshop CS3
  - Adobe Illustrator CS3
  - Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional
  - Adobe Flash Professional CS3 - timeline animation & basic ActionScripting
  - InDesign CS3 (working knowledge)
  - HTML, JavaScript, XML & CSS working knowledge
  - Microsoft Word, Powerpoint & Excel is a bonus
  - Basic ActionScripting (2.0 – 3.0) is advantageous.
Key Experiences
- 1-2 years experience working in a traditional Web Design, Development and/or Agencies
- Also open to a post-graduate or degree-qualified candidate is preferred but anyone willing to learn and have the can-do attitude is welcome.
- Have advanced attention to detail
- Have a belief that quality control is paramount;
- Have exceptional design and creative skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Some sort of online campaign experience

Mid-Senior Designer (Sydney)

We are looking for a highly creative, multi-disciplined Designer that has at least 4+ years experience working in traditional Web Design, Development and/or Agencies.

- Have a clear understanding of the different applications used and have advance level knowledge in the use of the following:
  - Adobe Photoshop CS3

  - Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional
  - Adobe LiveCycle Designer
  - Adobe Flash Professional CS3 - timeline animation & basic - intermediate ActionScripting (2.0 – 3.0)

  - Microsoft Word, Powerpoint & Excel
Key Experiences
- Have a diverse & varied folio of work
- Have advanced attention to detail

Junior Flash Developer (Sydney)

We are looking for a Junior Flash / Flex Developer to develop and implement technical solutions utilising the latest technologies whilst adhering to the various industry standards.

Advanced Knowledge
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise
- Exceptional knowledge of the Internet industry
- Solid understanding of ActionScript 1 - 3 and Object Oriented programming.
- Experience working with Flash 9 and Flex 2-3
- Design patterns

- Knowledge in some kind of sever side technologies, Coldfusion, PHP, .Net or JSP
