Brief
Ferrier Hodgson is Asia Pacific's most widely recognised and highly respected provider of turnaround, reconstruction and forensics services within the financial sector. Ferrier Hodgson approached Gruden with a brief to completely overhaul their Content Management System (CMS), look and feel and Information Architecture (IA).
The main requirement consisted of a CMS which would assist in communicating with partners and customers effectively while placing content authorisation into the hands of business users - removing the reliance of web vendors to provide content updates.
Response
With strong skills in IA Gruden focused on addressing the two main issues with the site being the user experience and content accessibility. The existing site's look and feel was dated and needed to represent Ferrier Hodgson as an industry leader. Gruden believes with any site refresh or creation the aesthetics are a key consideration. Gruden has a proven approach to develop vibrant and original sites whilst meeting clients' requirements in terms of technical functionality and usability.
The requirement for an Enterprise level CMS was satisfied with implementation of the Sitecore CMS. Result
Gruden launched the Ferrier Hodgson public site on budget, on time and met with positive feedback from both internal Partners and their customers. Ferrier Hodgson's next assignment with Gruden is implementing a Sitecore intranet service that will not only emulate the design and function of the public site but enable Ferrier as a company to work more efficiently and environmentally friendly reducing manual internal processes.
